Hike 8.5 miles from the Powwow trailhead north and west towards rugged South Wilder Lake, where the final 2018 crew left off. Mark and clear trail through thick new jack pine growth in a section that has not seen hikers since 2016.

Route: Trailhead to South Wilder; clear west and north

Experience Level: Difficult
